At Shop Anmol, we stand by the quality of our products and want you to have the best experience possible. If there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help!
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have passed, we won’t be able to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Defective or damaged products may be exchanged.
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where we sent the wrong item or the product was defective or damaged.
- If approved, exchanges will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, reply to your order confirmation email within 48 hours with clear photos of the issue. We will send a replacement at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Please Note:
- Opened or partially used products are not eligible for returns.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Contact your credit card company—refunds may take time to officially post.
- Contact your bank—there might be processing delays.
